To all fans and supporters we need your co-operation to stand 100 cm or 1 metre behind the field line. Yesterday during Croconile vs Facebook match the linesman suddenly overstep a person feet. For next match, we hope all supporters can give cooperation so that it's easy for linesman to do his work and such incident won't happen again

Welcome

UTP Soccer League 2010 is an annual event hosted by Rakan Kecergasan SRMUTP in collaboration with Co-curicullum unit UTP. The objective of this tournament is to boost up sport spirit within students and staffs. With such tournament, we can find the best team and highlight few talented players in football arena regardless of local and foreign team.

For this year, there are twenty teams took part in UTP Soccer League 2010. There are twenty six teams took the registration form but however we only need twenty teams for this tournament. This tournament consist of four groups and five teams per group. Four foreign student group, one staff group and fifteen local student groups.

11th February 2010, we had run draw lot ceremony. During this ceremony all teams manager, coach and captain came to determine their place in grouping stage. This ceremony was officiated by Mr. Nazri B. Abdul Karim, Senior Executive Co-curiculum unit (Sport and Recreation).

Preview Matchday 2

RASTA vs ACE

Tomorrow focussing on GROUP B matches. Ace who mostly consist of players from Jan 07 will against young players from rasta. For last season 2 wins and 2 loss put them in 4th place in Group A, same goes to Rasta 4th place in group B. Mr. Helmi Nawawi manager of Ace put their target to pass group stage greatly. Rasta also have their own mission for this season USL, Mr Kanagaswarran keep their players in good morale and great atmosphere in the team. Anyway all the best for both teams.

Player to watch: ACE - Amirudin B. Chik (Midfield), Muhammad Amin Azhari (Striker)
RASTA -Sathiyamurthi (Attacking Midfield),Kalidasan Palanisammy(Left wing)

Match forecast: since both teams is good, maybe 1-1 for both side.

JAMBULANI vs CEMAC UTP

Another match from group B will see clash between two newcomers in this season's UTP Soccer League. Jambulani which comprises local players will have their first match against another international student team, CEMAC UTP. Judging from experience that foreign teams are better, many would expect an easy win for CEMAC UTP. However, Jambulani, that takes Safwan as their player will be able to win with Farhan getting to the field late.Cipan who is famous for his lateness in everything will lead the team towards glory.

Player to watch: JAMBULANI - Teponk-(Midfield), Arai -(Striker)
CEMAC UTP - Ismail Hamid (Midfield), Luis Pedro- (Striker)

Match Forecast: A win to Cemac UTP 2-1
